A balancing & relieving feminine blend of oils that relieves menstrual cramps and any other symptom of the menstrual cycle like emotional issues, headaches, back pain etc. A pure essential oil blend of Clary Sage, geranium, bergamot, fennel & lavender. The Aroma Synergies can be added to our bases, oils, into vapourisers/diffusers, onto a tissue, into baths & are brilliant in emotional healing (see below for indications). For any pain or emotional issues relating to menstruation apply to tummie &lower back with pain, anxiety, flightie-ness etc. starting 2-4 days pre-menstrually AND during if symptoms persist.
